By accessing or using the website at chicoasphaltpaving.com or by requesting services from Precision Chico Asphalt Paving ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services.
Precision Chico Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Chico, CA and surrounding areas. Services are performed in accordance with the scope agreed upon in a written estimate or contract between you and Precision Chico Asphalt Paving. We do not provide services beyond the agreed scope without your prior written or verbal approval and a revised estimate.
All estimates provided by Precision Chico Asphalt Paving are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. Estimates are provided in writing and describe the scope of work, materials, and total price. An estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price in cases where site conditions change materially after the estimate is issued.
We reserve the right to revise an estimate if we discover during the course of work that conditions differ substantially from what was visible at the time of the estimate - for example, base failure that was not apparent from the surface. In such cases, we will stop work and notify you before proceeding with any additional scope or cost.
Work is scheduled after you approve a written estimate. We will confirm a start date with you in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions that would affect the quality of the work - including rain, extreme heat, or temperatures outside the range suitable for asphalt installation or sealcoating.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or crew has been dispatched may result in a fee to cover those costs. We will communicate any applicable cancellation terms with you before work begins.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment methods as described in your estimate or as communicated by our office.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late payment fee. If payment is not received after reasonable collection efforts, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal or other appropriate means. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if applicable under California law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for your project will be provided in writing with your estimate. Any workmanship warranty covers defects resulting from our work under normal use conditions, and does not cover damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, soil movement outside our control, improper use, or failure to follow our care instructions.
Material warranties are subject to the terms of the manufacturers or suppliers of the materials used. We will pass through any applicable manufacturer warranty to you. To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing within the warranty period, and we will schedule an inspection at your property.
Before work begins, you agree to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality of the work and may limit your ability to make a warranty claim related to those conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Precision Chico Asphalt Paving's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to property not directly caused by our work. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain types of liability, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
